What is a loft?

A loft may be defined as a large space with either, an open floor plan, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms situated in a former factory or warehouse that has been converted for apartment living.  Loft Apartments offer hardwood floors, high ceilings, large, factory-size windows, original wood columns and beams, exposed brick, exposed ductwork.

What Properties are Lofts?

Sponge Factory, Lamp Factory, Sewing Factory and Tie Factory are Loft Apartments with spacious floor plans, high ceilings, huge windows, hardwood floors and exposed brick.

They are turn-of-the century former factories that have been updated with all of the modern conveniences providing a distinct mix of original warehouse details, with modern kitchens and bathrooms that afford a unique living experience.

What about Corinthian units?

Corinthian is a complex of turn-of-the century buildings that includes three-story homes, a farmhouse, a carriage house, a gatehouse and huge cobblestone brick atrium courtyard in the center. The courtyard has tables, chairs and barbeque grills that provide a private open-air gathering area.

The Corinthian Apartment Complex is conveniently located in the Art Museum area, across from Girard College, near shopping, transportation, recreation and easy access to major arteries.
